Upon payment of dues, each member institution or individual receives an official NAVPA membership certificate for the current year.
Members whose dues are not current forfeit their voting privileges and eligibility to hold office until dues are brought up to date.
Members who cannot attend the annual Business Meeting in person may designate a proxy to represent them and cast votes on their behalf.
Membership dues may be adjusted by a majority vote of the membership at the annual Business Meeting, in accordance with NAVPA by-laws.
